Sales Acquisition Specialist

Competency: Experienced (minimum 5 years’ sales experience)

Reporting Structure: Directly reports to the Business Development Lead. No direct or indirect reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting using social media, cold calling, and emailing to understand potential customers.
  • Initiating the sales process through research and cold outreach for lead generation and prospecting.
  • Discovering if leads are a good fit for Calybre’s services through lead qualification.
  • Developing personalised pitches tailored to prospect’s needs.
  • Handling objections, answering technical questions, and ensuring legal requirements are met during negotiation and close.
  • Maintaining real-time Calybre Customer Relationship Management database for sales administration.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets – Total Contract Value.
  • Net Promoter Score of Calybre customers > 40.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Education – Degree (any field) / sufficient relevant experience related to role.
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience in a similar/related role.
  • Proven track record of closing deals with a portfolio of evidence.
  • Strong alignment to company values.
